I have contacted the good people at theCHIVE and we are now hosting a competition for who can build the best Cat Fort. The winner will receive a brand new iPad 2, second place will get a $100 giftcard to Petco, and the top 10 will receive theCHIVE Logo T-shirts (very hard to find).

We will choose the top 20, you decide the winner, runner up and top 10 best.

Cat Fort Manor, a medieval style cat hotel is currently at catpacity. In a recent article by Cat Magazine, Cat Fort Manor was given five-paws and named Meow of the Month from my ex-girlfriend.

Little is known of the ancient Neo Vernacular cat forts found West of the Arkansas border. It is believed these cats constructed their forts based on the patterns of a ‘mysterious red dot’ that could never be caught, and would appear and disappear on it’s own being.
